Rick James new album is Gold and came out only months after Rich James devastating death on March 1st 2005. This album was released by the Motown records label and comes with some of James best songs such as “You and I”, and Cold Blooded.” Rick James is one of the Funk legends and through this album one can easily understand why. Even though it is just a recollection of some of James old songs it is still a great album for any Rick James fan. Rick James fans will be pleased with this album because of its compilation of James greatest hits, although there are some songs that should have been added to this album such as Ghetto Life. Anyways, the songs in this album retain James wild attitude and show why he is the King of Punk Funk. One particular song I was impressed by is “U Bring the Freak Out”, a true display of James talent in funk music. This is a good album for Rick James lovers and for anyone who is particularly interested in old funk music. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

Lol. Hey Julian I knew you were going to do Rick James for some reason haha. But anyways thanks for putting this up because I didn't know that Rick James had release a album after his death (I think I should know that by now). And also if you like funk music I think you should try listening to more Temptations.
No susprise you did an album by your chosen artist. Since Rick James plays funk music the 70's music sounds about right. And are you going by letter grade?
