Second day of presentations

September 13, 2007-On this day the Incan group presented and I learned quite a bit about them though I was still not persuaded that the Incas were more interesting than the Aztecs. Here is another cool website: http://www.northstar.k12.ak.us/schools/tan/projects/mayan/relegion.html. This website talks about some of their religious ceremonies. Like I said somewhere in my other posts, the Mayans practiced cruel forms of human sacrafice in which people's hearts were torn out by hand. This cruelness expressed by the Mayans could be compared to the cruelty the Spaniards showed them.
